As I reflect on the start of 2025, I’m reminded of how powerful it is to set intentions, write down goals, and track progress in a tangible way. A few years ago, I followed Jesse Itzler’s BYLR program, and the year-long visual calendar became one of the most transformative tools in my life. It wasn’t just about meeting goals—it was about seeing them take shape day by day, week by week. That year, I launched Mykort, began building my library of cooking videos, and committed to strength training four days a week. By the end of the year, I was stronger—physically and mentally—than I’d ever been.
I’ve also grown to believe deeply in manifesting. There’s something uniquely powerful about putting pen to paper instead of typing on a keyboard. Writing out goals gives them weight and substance, making them feel more real and achievable. Last year, I took that a step further by writing the story of my life as if I couldn’t fail at anything.
