Hello Style Pantry friends,

This week has been all about easy staples and little refreshes. I've been living in this light blue short-sleeve button-down—it’s structured enough to feel put-together but relaxed enough for the humid days creeping in. I wore it the other day with a gauzy black skirt, black sandals, and my butter-yellow Alys tote that always lifts my mood.

Though I wanted this powder blue button-up, I’m actually in love with mine! Incredible! I love it so much, I bought the same in white. It’s the perfect structured crisp cotton, and leaving the bottom buttons open creates a flattering shape. My black skirt is perfectly lightweight (and on sale!), similar shoes can be found here and here. I’m not usually one for trends, but I’m really into this style.

The other thing giving me life this week? My sunroom. I rearranged the whole space—moved the table under the skylight, tucked a bold patterned chair I had reupholstered in a Schumacher fabric forever ago, into the corner, and added a fresh bunch of overgrown Mizuna from my garden. It’s quiet, bright, and officially my new favorite writing spot. The light in here mid-morning is everything.

And while our outdoor dining area is still a work in progress, I love how it’s shaping up. It has an imperfect charm—raw wood, mixed metal chairs, and a wild green backdrop. It’s simple, natural, and totally ready for this weekend’s al fresco dinners. If you’re planning to dine outside over Memorial Day, I highly recommend setting the table—even if it's just with a little plant and a good playlist.

Want to see more looks I styled with this top and get your hands on the best party dip I’ve ever made? I’m not being dramatic—it’s warm, cheesy, tangy, and gone in minutes (unless I’m around, in which case I eat the whole thing myself).
